I'm very pleased with the Clearview shield for my 1995 Heritage Softail. There weren't many replacement shields available for the non-detachable mounts and this appeared to be the best fit and a very fair price. The quality is superior to the OEM shield it replaced. In addition to superior product, I was impressed by the detailed acknowledgement when I placed my order, so I knew what to expect, and when it arrived as promised, it was well packed to avoid any damage.

I have a 2002 VRSCA. It was a little hard to install at first because it's thicker than the original windshield. I had to put a little lubricant onto the gaskets to get them to slide in. I also needed to adjust the factory handlebar windshield supports to the new locations. Overall, fairly easy install. I'm 6 ft and got the tallest option, with the lip on the top, in the hardest tint. I can see over it no problem. It works well - I still feel plenty of wind, but a bit less. I like the way it looks, I like the way it performs, and I like the way it used my stock mounting points.

Excellent view over the shield. The black area across the base of shield works nicely hiding the top of the dash area, Can feel the breeze on the front of my helmet over the visor and into the helmet vent. The recurve works well. No buffeting to speak of, quite a smooth airflow. I don’t vision much of an issue in rain. All in all a great windshield.

My street glide has cracked at least 8 or 9 windshields over the years. Always cracks them on the left hand side just above the bolt. I have been extremely cautious with how tight I install those 3 bolts but the left still cracks every time. This windshield I am shocked and very happy to report has shown no signs of cracking after 5 months of being installed and used. This is a nice looking windshield that is also a quality product. Thank you clearview shields!

I purchased the tallest and widest options. In the full down position the Clearview is about 1 to 1.5 inches taller than the stock shield in the full up position. The optical quality is very good, which is a good thing since I am looking through instead of over the shield when in any position but full down. It is thicker than stock, which makes it more stable. The clamps are tighter, which is good. Two thumbs up!

I just installed a Clearview Shield on my 2013 Harley Davidson Road King Classic, and I could not be happier with the results. The craftsmanship and build quality are absolutely top-notch.I went with the light tint and the recurve design, and it is the perfect setup. The light tint looks incredibly sharp against the bike's styling without compromising visibility. On the road, that recurve design works wonders. It pushes the airflow right over my helmet, drastically reducing buffeting and making highway speeds completely comfortable. The optical clarity is crystal clear. After I ordered this windscreen I got a call from the company asking me about my order to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. That was a huge surprise and they exceeded my expectations. I ordered the large 16” windscreen but they offered to make me the XL that wasn’t available on their website. When the windscreen arrived it was packed in plenty of foam for protection and had two screen protectors with attachment slits to install the windscreen and test it without removing the plastic, this ensures you can return the windscreen hassle free. The windscreen looks great and fit my 2015 Goldwing F6B perfectly. I’ve tried 3 other windscreens that were “guaranteed” to fit from different companies and none fit. I highly recommend Clearview Shields to anyone looking to upgrade their windscreen! Call them and they will set you up with exactly what you want.

I purchased the 16.5 inch, dark gray with recurve and 5 position vent. I'm 5'11", and with a Saddlemen Explorer seat on my 2020 Heritage, the wind just nicks the top of my full face helmet. Minimal buffeting depending on speed and vent position, but its great that its adjustable. I love the shape of this windshield and the shorter than stock height gives the bike a slightly aggressive look and a fuller view of the road ahead.

Purchased the 15.5 inch recurve for my 2015 Indian Chief Vintage. The mounting was straight forward, fit just fine. I can now see over the shield rather then through it. This is a huge advantage in the rain. Did a 120 mile ride in on and off rain, yes my face gets wet (3/4 helmet) but I can now see. This shield is 2.5 inches shorter then the stock shield, I still get wind in the face but without all the buffeting. It shipped and was received on time and packaged well. Very happy with this product.

I ordered the clear 8” light grey recurved windshield. It fits great. It’s a thicker material and it helps out with the buffering. I live in the Texas panhandle and my old windshield would flex when riding. If you’re familiar with this area, you know the winds are brutal here and this windshield holds up well.

As far as the product, I couldn't be happier, they blackout the bottom part of the windshield just like the original one did, they provide hardware and it fit perfectly. I dealt with another company, total headache. I cant say enough about their product, cleaning instructions are great too, so you dont scratch the windshield. I would highly recommend.

I purchased a shield from another manufacturer and although it was good quality, I did not get the results I wanted (still had a lot of turbulence behind the shield and from below). I reached out to Clearview Shields and they explained how a shield with a vent might work for me. I had to wait a little longer for my shield because the vent hardware was backordered but once it came in, I left the plastic on and went for a test ride. I can say the vent truly makes a difference in comfort behind the shield. I prefer to ride my Heritage without a shield most of the time, but when I will be doing longer rides and have one equipped, I know it will be very comfortable now. I got 19.5" , light gray, with black masking on the bottom. The overall appearance is close to stock, but the total functionality is way better. I'm really happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to use Clearview Shields in the future. If you have a Heritage Classic and are unsure about the vent, I can say it truly makes a difference in ride quality. Thanks again Clearview !

Thinking that I should have ordered the next size down, this 20inch size might be too big for the Dynas front end.

5'10" rider -16inch 2024 rks--recurve, vent, clear--saddlemen road sofa--2nd clearview shield. on my 2014 rk, i have the same, except 17in. neither height is obtrusive, and both work well without buffeting, especially with the vent open. both bikes came with windshields that were hd stock height--18 or 18.5 in and were right in my line of sight and annoying. switching shields does not take long. i would not skimp on either the recurve nor the vent, since the recurve lets you go a little lower and the vent is handy in the hot time of year (like now).

I did a lot of research on windshields and for me Clearview had the right one for me. I ordered it and installed it. (Takes a while to get so be patient) it’s worth it. Very very clear, no distortion, and the right height for me no buffeting. 100% satisfied.
