I am 6’-3” and ride 2007 Softail Deluxe and I went with 19.5 inch and it is perfect. I can see over it but the air still doesn’t hit me like it did with the stock shield. I used cardboard and taped it to the original short shield to figure out height I could still see over

I couldn't be more pleased with the entire transaction. I called with a few questions, which were promptly answered to the fullest, and the order for a replacement windshield was placed. Upon receipt, as scheduled, I replaced the old with a new and updated recurved windshield. It was an easy install and fit perfectly. It also surprised me how a small recurve can make so much difference in noise and wind buffeting my head.

Clearview definitely delivered a quality shield which is very sturdy and well made for my 25 FXLRS. I went with a 14” dark smoke and still have a few inches to look over it. Went from a 21 inch to 16.5 inch with recurve. I’m short so i was looking through the shield. Ok until you get fogged up. The new shield with the recurve pushes more air providing a much more comfortable ride. Communication with ClearviewShields was outstanding. Thank you Craig

This windshield pretty much eliminated the buffetting that I experienced with the HD stock windshield. I'm about 5'8" tall; the height of this windshield works well for my height.

I was very happy to see the protection provided for shipping. The material quality and tint was just what I expected. The Shield is for a '96 side car that I have installed ona 90 model Shriner's FLHTCU. I am restoring it after a crash. The rig is my wife's show bike and has was a trophy in every show it has entered. I am very pleased with the way the shield stands out . I think it will stand out better the the original full size shield. Only thing is the arch is about 1/4" to acute and the center has to be force down at the center mounting screw but all holes have slack for some movement. Due to winter temps. I used a hair dryer to help the center to pull down into position with no problem for the mounting hardware. The wife is very happy as well.

Needed a clear replacement for the smoked quick detach windshield on my Super Glide. I went with the 15.5" regular width without the vent or recurve. The shield was a perfect fit. Took less than 30 minutes to switch the hardware to the new shield. Lead time was just as promised and the shield was well packaged for shipment. Would recommend Clearview to anyone looking for a replacement shield!

Much better than OEM windscreen. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the horizontal curvature is slightly different enough that the windshield cover/fascia doesn’t fit quite right when reinstalled. However, that doesn’t affect performance and is a minor issue, at least for me.

I ordered a stock size in light gray with a vent hole only. The new shield was excellently boxed with nice padding, no damage from shipping. I bought a used 2007 Suzuki Burgman 650 10 years ago and it came with one of the extra large windshields on it. This turns your Burgman 650 into a mini goldwing. This is why when I bought a 2018 Suzuki Burgman I had to have the oversized windshield for it. Clearview needs to look at adding the oversized windshields to other bikes like the Honda NC750 X and other motorcycles.

I'm 5'10" and ride a 2021 Heritage Classic. I ordered the 16 1/2 " windshield std width, with recurve, full tint and had them put the air vent below horizontal brace for and extra $15. I have to say not only does the windshield work perfectly with out buffeting wind at high speeds but, looks so damn much better. I couldn't be happier with my purchase of this windshield, a very reasonable price for the performance.

I've owned a number of motorcycles and had different windshield issues over the years. This windshield I ordered for my 1983 BMW R80RT seems to be perfect. I ordered a clear 19 inch with a vent and curved lip. It came very well packaged and I followed the instruction of leaving the packing tape on it until I had ridden with it. For the RT model airhead fairing you have to realize that it's a pain to install. This is a BMW design issue, not anything to do with Clearview. But when I went for a ride I was able to see over it very easily - that's why I have the 19 inch one. The vent works like I hoped: I can adjust it to get air right in my face. There is no buffeting at all at any speed. This is not the case with other bikes I currently own, or have owned in the past. For the rest of my test ride I pulled the packing tape off after running the bike through different speeds for I am very happy with how it works. I'm really looking forward to riding it next year in different situations to see how well it continues to perform. I can heartily recommend Clearview for all BMW riders!
I'm still undecided about your month long lead time, but there is absolutely no question that the quality of your finished product is superb.

Long overdue replacement for OEM windshield. I bought a 20" clear shield based on my height of 5' 8" and Clearview's helpful guide to determining windshield height. I have about a 1-1/2" view over the top of it. Very well packed and received within estimated time. Communication with the company throughout was excellent. Build quality looks superb. Mounting holes are cleanly drilled and align well with the cowling. Included hardware was a pleasant and appreciated surprise. The included nylon shoulder washers are especially important as the drilled holes' diameter is close to the diameter of the screw heads. Outer edges of the windshield are chamfered smooth and even. Haven't done any extended travel with it yet but did a 40 minute test ride at highway (110 - 120Km/hr), secondary (70 - 90Km/hr) and town speeds (40 - 60Km/hr). Less wind noise and reduced buffeting around the helmet. Slight improvement to handling at highway speeds likely due to better aerodynamics and in my opinion, looks more natural with the bike's shape. I am pleased with first impression and look forward to extended travel after the cold, eastern Canadian winter.

I tried both the Small and Medium size shields. I'm 5'10" with a shorter torso and long legs, so the Small proved to be adequate for my needs. With the windshield at the lowest position, the air hits just below the top of my helmet shield. With the windshield at the highest position, the wind barely crosses the top of the helmet, which is good for air getting into the top vent of the helmet.
The Clearview shield is not only wider, but the top edge is more straight across at the top, which allows the air to pass by cleaner, resulting in less noise, even with the shield at the lowest position.
