I purchased a Clearview Windshield for my 1999 Honda Valkyrie because the stock windshield was too tall requiring looking through it. Proper windshield positioning for anyone and any motorcycle is the top edge should be at nose level. This is my second Clearview Shield bought as I was impressed with the one for my 2003 Harley Davidson Road King. Both screens are thicker than stock or competitor windshield, mount using factory hardware and detect face wind very effectively. I highly recommend Clearview Shields.

I recently installed a Clearview Shield on my Yamaha V Star 1300 Tourer. The factory shield drove me crazy, too tall and bad buffeting. The Clearview Shield is just the right height, and buffeting is virtually gone. Once I added fork deflectors (Memphis Shades), the wind issue was PERFECT! Since then I added Cobra fatty highway bars, so I had to move the fork deflectors. A tiny amount of buffeting returned...so a trade off. Anyway, I can't recommend this enough, buy a Clearview Shield. You won't regret it. (Great quality. Easy install.)

Received the new windshield for my wife's GL1800 trike two weeks ago. It was packed very well. Mounted perfectly on the Wing. Last week we went on a 225 mile ride, the longest on the new to her trike. She loved the 1 1/2 inch shorter height and how clear it was. Said she could really see where was going. Couple days later she took her daughter for a 75 mile ride. She's very happy with her Clearview shield and that make's me happy.

I recently put an FXRP fairing on my bike and looked at windshields from Clearview and Klockworks. Not an easy decision but after receiving feedback from the FXR community I chose the 14” with Recurve, grey tint and their P Mask. I am very pleased with my selection. The shield fits perfectly, looks great and is surprisingly heavier/thicker than expected. Much thicker than anything ever offered by Harley.

I initially did the install without removing the film to make sure everything fit and then tried to pull film off without totally dismantling the brackets again. I suggest not doing that. Just take it apart and remove the film and then put it back together...I think if I had to do over I would buy one an inch or two shorter than the one being replaced...

After speaking with a Clearview factory rep to determine the size I should order for my 2018 Suzuki Burgman 650, I ordered the large size with the light gray tint and no vents (I live in MN so no venting is required for our weather). I am 5' 10" with a 30" inseam and quite pleased with my choice. With the OEM model, I had to raise the windshield all the way up for proper wind protection for my face but still had no protection on my hands. Now I lower the Clearview windshield about halfway of its full range so I can see clearly over the top and have plenty of hand protection from the cold due to the outward flare at the bottom of the windshield. I'm a big fan!

2011 Ultra Limited - I am a very happy customer. I received my Clearview Shield 18 days after ordering (including weekends), which was faster than expected. The shield was packaged very well and was flawless on delivery. Using the sizing guide I ordered the large recurve with GT (wide) cut in light gray so that I could see over the top but still have full coverage. I was very skeptical about the claims from some reviews that they could hear the radio better. So before installing the new shield I took a ride up the highway listening to CCR “Run Through the Jungle.” I left the volume set at that same point, then after installing the new shield rode the same route, same speed, song, and volume level. I was amazed at how much clearer I could hear the radio! I am 6’0’ with a 34” inseam; stock seat and bars, and a little bit of a slouch when I ride. The stock 12” shield was right in my line of sight. The large (10.5”) is perfect for me. Just below my line of sight, but the recurve and GT cut do wonders to get the air over and around me and my passenger. Both my wife and daughter noticed a big difference riding on the back. Amazing how a shorter shield can provide better wind protection. This is the shield that my fairing was meant to have! I could not be happier with this purchase

Our screen will work with the OEM Harley Fork deflectors. What brand is yours? I will make a note in your file to keep you covered under the warranty even with the mods.

I received my new Clearview Shield and just installed it today (before and after pics included). The shield was flawless and installation couldn't have been any simpler. I haven't had my lady out for a ride yet, but will send an update on how the ride hopefully changes for her. BTW, I also put some Novus 1 on the shield before hitting the road, just to be safe.
