Looks right for the bike, great product!

I'm 5'11", ride a '23 Heritage, and bought a 19.5" recurved GT width shield. Went with clear with black masking like the MoCo shield, matches the blacked out scheme of the bike. Very impressed with the shield quality, and moreover, the ride quality now. No more helmet buffeting, half helmet and shades no longer jostled by wind. The GT width is awesome, kicks the air out around so I can hear the motor a lot more than wind noise. Brackets when on easy, and lined up perfectly with the grommets on the bike, pops on and off like butter now, better than the MoCo did. You still get some updraft, so I have to tie off my beard or trim it down to keep it off my shades and clouding them up. I paired this with a set of fork deflectors, minimal difference in engine and oil temps, much nicer ride with the combo. Clearview has great customer service, shout out to Craig for all his help. first shield I got, bolt holes would not line up, even with fighting and bending, no way it would work withing modding. He got me a new one within a week, and it was PERFECT. Rare to find that level of customer service along side a great product. I will be back for more Clearview Shields on future bikes!

I have been riding with the original shield on my 2013 Road King. There was nothing wrong with my shield except that it was too tall for me. I always road sitting in a way to be able to look over it but it was always uncomfortable. Finally decided to do something about it. I got the 18.5" clear with recurve and GT width. The height was perfect for me. I am 5'8" and wear a full face helmet and the wind is now just above my helmet and I don't have to sit bolt up right to properly see over the shield.

Their quality control process is top notch and backed by their awesome customer service! After my windshield was produced a quality inspector noted a tiny “scratch” and they called me with options, re-build, or discount and ship with the guarantee that if it was unacceptable I could return it for a new one. I took the discount and upon receiving it, no way in hell could I find any defects! I had 3 other friends look for a defect and none of us could find anything wrong! This is a testament to their quality and dedication to their customers. If you’ve been in the fence, stop wasting time just buy it, you will not be disappointed!!!

This is the second windshield that I have purchased from Clearview where you failed to send the diverters. I spoke with Ryan Stenger prior to receiving the windshield and I him asked if the diverters would be included this time. I also asked if I could get the set that was not sent on the previous order. He assured me that the diverters would come with this order, but would have to check if he could send a second set. I received neither.

Absolutely Amazing.... should have done this already. I ordered the 4 inch shorter windshield in light grey for my 1990 Goldwing that I inherited. What a difference - i finally can get some air flow and the five position vent is wonderful. Installation was all of about 15 minutes. Love this product and i can highly recommend this company.

All in all pretty happy with my wind screen on my 2003 1800 vtx retro. Of the top holes for mount, the 3 in the center I had to drill with a step bit as they are larger to accept a larger grommet. On the upright bracket the lower holes were there but I had to drill holes for the center of the upright, which a bit off set to center to make room for the bracket and also larger for the larger grommet. Other than that I am pleased with fitment. I haven't tried it out in the wind yet to see if it performs as well or better than the original as far as turbulence , but over all pleased. 10-Q Clearview!

I ordered a 5 inch taller windshield to replace the stock quick detachable summer one that was on the bike when I bought it. The difference was night and day by far in quality. The shied was a few inches wider along with the top being recurved, both resulted in less wind for me in the seat. This is my third windshield from Clearview Shields that far exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend anyone to purchase one.

I'm a tall rider and with the tallest HD windshield for their Road Glide the wind was at my chin. I tried one other aftermarket windshield but the wind was still at my eyes. Came across Clearview Shields on line and called and talked to them about their product. Each windshield is made to order. Their website has easy to follow measuring instructions so I ordered a XXL. Installed it as soon as came in and wind clears the top of my helmet. Great quality and fit perfectly. I would recommend Clearview Shields.

I ordered this because my wife didn’t like all the wind from the shorter (other brand) that was on my bike when I bought it. I ordered the extra large and was worried that it wasn’t going to look good, but it looks great and keeps the wind off her good enough that she can wear a ball cap and it stays on just fine.

The windshield preformed very well on my 5k mile trip.the curved shield threw the wind over my head as I wanted,however I had an updraft in front of my knees that hit me right in the chest.not the best situation.I installed some deflectors and it has really helped that problem. I would recommend clear view windshields to anyone.I’ve had several and always found them to be a great product!

Great shield, love the vent, much more stable than the Givi I am replacing that cracked from a blast of wind from an oncoming truck. One problem with installation was the well nut and screw for the outside screws that pull the inside and outside fairing pieces together to secure the shield were too long and would not allow closure of the pieces. I had to use hardware from the old screen to make it work. Would give it overall 4.75 if I could have.
Let us know if we can send you some shorter well nuts if needed.

This is my 2nd from your team over the past 4 years, and I will continue to use and support your product for years into the future. I am so happy with this purchase. I was trying to decide if I wanted to replace my original shield with a fairing or a replacement shield. I am really glad I chose this option. It is an exact fit & looks/works great. I chose the light tint/ recurve & 1.5 inches shorter than stock ( I'm only 5'8 ) & always had trouble seeing over the top of the original shield. One thing I highly recommend is taking pictures of the old one as you take it apart to easily put it back together!

I chose to increase the screen height by about 2 inches over the stock screen. Spent a good deal of time ruminating over whether I wanted to look through the screen or over the screen. Using the guide hints on the site I chose to go to one step over stock and look over the screen. It was an excellent choice. The wind now hits me on the forehead instead of the chest. It is so comfortable now I can steer with one hand due to the lack of buffeting. The screen was incredibly easy to install. I am very happy with the quality, help in choosing the right screen height and the ease of installation.

Windshield does it's job, but when raised about 30% at highway speeds there is a horribly loud screeching sound coming from the airflow up through the bottom center of the shield. The shield either needs to be up further, in the way of my vision, or down further, where I am buffeted with air more. Tried adjusting the shield to both upper and lower position on the ST1300, but the noise is still the same.

Hey Loren, We have learned of a assembly flaw with earlier models around the inside dash piece and the front fairing shell. The two mating pieces were not put together correctly and it caused a raised ridge that the air flow catches as it comes under the screen. As the screen is raise the airflow under increases and so does the sound. I have an email from a customer who researched and confirmed this event. Let me know if you need more info to check if your model was affected by this issue.

Their customer service is outstanding. Their windshields are even better. My Harley dealer put on a Klockwerks after an accident that broke the ferring and windshield and I pulled it off as soon as Clearview was able to get my new one fabricated. I also keep a 16" tall one for cold weather. I can't say enough about the quality, service and design of their product. Customer for life.
well done. optically I would have liked it a little bit rounder shaped on top, but the windflow is perfect like this.
