These individuals are asked for their body height, inseam and Bike mods which gives us valuable data when determining Best windshield size for riders. Purchased the 15.5 inch recurve for my 2015 Indian Chief Vintage. The mounting was straight forward, fit just fine. I can now see over the shield rather then through it. This is a huge advantage in the rain. Did a 120 mile ride in on and off rain, yes my face gets wet (3/4 helmet) but I can now see. This shield is 2.5 inches shorter then the stock shield, I still get wind in the face but without all the buffeting. It shipped and was received on time and packaged well. Very happy with this product.

The shield fit perfectly and really keeps the wind off of both myself and my passenger! I ordered the light tint and it eliminated most of the glare that I have always had an issue with. The only thing I would have changed is I would have ordered it and had it on my bike a long time ago!

Ordered a medium clear for my ’17 Indian Chief Vintage. Very helpful staff, excellent service and the windshield arrived on time very well packed. I look just over the top of the shield with no wind buffering. Line of sight is a big improvement over the stock piece. I rode 900 miles through the mountains of NH and VT a few weekends past and enjoyed my new level of comfort. I highly recommend Clearview Shields.

Very pleased with the performance of the new windshield. High quality craftsmanship with one exception. The mounting holes were not large enough for the mounting bushing. I had to re-drill all of the mounting holes. Good product at a fantastic price.

Took a few weeks to get my new Large (+3″ wide) Clearview Shield but it was worth the wait!
My OEM 18″ shield started to crack so it was time to purchase a replacement. I looked at multiple options but quickly remembered how well my last Clearview Shield worked on my Honda Valkyrie.
Build and optical quality is excellent. Glass is clear and edges nicely beveled. Holes lined up perfectly and install was simple. Repels water right out of the box.
Fit works fine for me. I had a really hard time choosing between a L and an XL shield. I wanted to look over the shield and finally ended up choosing the LARGE 15.5″H +3″W.
I am 6′ tall and have a long torso and this allowed me to look over the shield by 2-3″. This worked out just fine since top of the factory 18″ shield was right in the line of my sight sitting normally. Even though I have less total shield protection on my helmet the recurve seems to mitigate 80-90% of the turbulence on my helmet. It makes for an enjoyable ride with the majority of wind and bugs channeled over my head. My passenger agrees that she is protected well too and doesn’t notice a difference from the taller factory shield.
Definitely recommend Clearview Shields and will always consider them first when replacing a factory motorcycle shield. Thank you!

The quality of the item is very good and the delivery time was also very good. A couple of things that could make the product even better would be if the mounting holes were cut more precisely round and if new neoprene spacers/washers were included. My installation time was delayed as I had to go out and purchase them separately. But overall, a very nice product and I am quite happy with my purchase. Thank you.

The shield came packaged very well and installation was easy. The shield is made of high quality material and is optically clear, even on the edges and near the recurve. The size I ordered is taller and wider than the stock shield so I get no wind on me, and my wife says she has less wind as a passenger. I can definitely recommend this product.

I like it very much. I was surprised that the top part was not as rounded up as much as we usually see. Seemed kind of weird but I’m getting used of it. Took more time than expected for delivery. But it looks good on my bike and rides great. Here’s a pic of it installed. You can use it if you want.

I would just like to thank your company. I called a couple weeks before Christmas trying to get a new windshield for my husbands indian chief. The guy on the phone was super nice and helpful as well as patient while I took the measurements. He even put a rush on the order and I got it before Christmas! My husband just got it on his bike( we had to order a new bracket) and at first he thought it would be too short and the wind would hit him in the face, but after riding he absolutely loves the new windshield and says its perfect! I installed the hardware on my Indian Chief Vintage Clearview Recurve Windshield Saturday and went for a 200 mile ride on Sunday on the Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia.
