I purchased an old beat up 2015 Indian Chief Classic and have spent a fair amount of time getting it back to its original glory. I bought it with an OEM 20 inch wind screen and to me, it just looked goofy sticking way up in the air. So after several shopping trips here, I purchased a 14 inch (medium) light gray with recurve for my machine.
First, it came packaged in such a way that I truly believe it could have survived being run over by a car. It was WELL packaged and arrived absolutely pristine.
Second. Fitment was exact. Absolutely nothing to modify, change or adjust. Literally just bolt it in to the OEM framework.
I absolutely could not be happier with my purchase and can not recommend Clearview Shields strongly enough. Fortunately for my but unfortunately for them, I will probably never have to buy another windshield for my bike.

Now I have about 1000km with ClearView Sield,so I think I can write some few words.I am 183cm and I bought size L.Previous shield(I don´t think it was original) was about 6cm lower and about 5cm narrower on each side and I had much buffeting at speeds above 60 km/h.Which hits my head and was no pleasure to ride.New shield is taller and top edge is about my eye level.I am OK with it,because if I want,I can crouch down and then I am looking thru shield.And if I want to,I can straight my back up and the I look completely above shield.
Buffeting is 90% less and best advantage of ClearView Shield is five position adjustable vent.It is working absolutely perfect and you can manage vacuum chamber and turbulent flow behind the shield according to your riding speed and wind direction and speed...
It is very well made and it arrived perfectly packed and secured.For this bike,it fits perfectly,simply into original holes.
I can highly reccomend it,but I consider it very important to choose the right height..Thank you for this product...

Got a freewheeler with harley shield. At 60mph started to have turbulence on helmet and at 70 so much so that head would shake. Got new shield from Clearview. Was the same height as harley shield. Because of the stiffness of the new shield and the flip on the top I have no turbulence at any speed. Shield is clear to look through including where the flip is. Took a long time to get child but was worth it with results.

I'm 5'9" and bought the 16.5" in GT width that also has the 5 position vent. The screen has a slight outward curl at the top and, in the GT width, the wings on either side of the headlight are slightly wider and curve slightly downward, which I believe minimizes the upward draft that causes helmet buffeting. Highway riding at 70 and 80 mph is a lot more tolerable with regard to buffeting. I'm an old guy so never in much of a hurry, but I do appreciate what makes the ride more comfortable, and the Clearview shield does that 100% better than the stock HD screen.

Definitely a thicker material than factory original. Well made, easy swap over of factory mounting brackets, no modifications needed. PERFECT.
