All of our Harley Davidson replacement windshields have been designed with the top edge ever so slightly bent upward to provide 1.5 to 2″ of lift to the air stream without creating large amounts of turbulence and distortion that can be found in competing replacements. learn more

During the final stages of product development, we send out samples of our design to different riders for review and feedback to refine the finished product. These individuals are asked for their body height, inseam and Bike mods which gives us valuable data when determining Best motorcycle windshield size for each rider. This data is available to you to use for comparison for your own body size and riding needs. I had terrible helmet buffeting with the stock windshield on my 2019 Ultra Limited.
After talking to a live person at Clearview, I ordered the large, wide version with the 5-position vent. Got a call before it shipped letting me know there was a small defect in the screen. They offered a discount if I wanted to have it shipped to see if the defect was objectionable, and if so I could return it. After getting the screen, I could not see the defect, even though the area was highlighted.
Once installed my buffeting problem is almost 100% solved. A great improvement over stock. After playing with the vent, I am glad they suggested it, the vent position makes a huge difference in the bubble……
They have knowledgeable people who can help you make the right choice and great quality; you can tell they take pride in their work.

I bought the clear X large sculpted windshield Vertical Height 19″ Length 12.75″ RECURVE with the 5 position vent for my 2017 ultra limited to stop the buffeting and to look through –not above—— took a 6 hour round trip and I love the windshield—worked perfect—- ran 80 mph for 2 minutes with no buffeting—-vision great

I ordered this hoping for a non distorted view through a shorter smoked windshield and that’s exactly what it was. Clearview had multiple levels of tint and this one is the medium grey, sport height recurve. Quality is exceptional and the only brand windshield I will be using.

So far, I like it. No distortion when I look down through it, being wider than stock eliminates a lot of buffering. Wish may I had got one a tad taller, but then maybe not. Could use a little more flair at the top I think.

Switched my OEM windscreen with this recurved/tinted Clearview made for my Ultra Limited, wow – what a difference in blocking the wind. Also helped to reduce my passengers wind impact. Smoke tinting is easy to see through, but also is great looking combination with the bikes black paint scheme.

I just received the shield I ordered for my 2019 Ultra Limited. While a month seemed forever to receive it, it was definitely worth the wait. The fit and finish is flawless and the included rubber edge guards for the extended “wings“ were a nice touch. I was worried the batwing fairing wouldn’t close up with the thicker shield, but it sealed up just fine. The shield feels more sturdy than the 10” Harley wind splitter it replaced and the dark tint looks awesome. Thanks for an excellent product at a fair price. My only regret is not finding your company sooner.

Very impressed all around! I was contacted prior to the order shipping by their quality control to let me know there was a small haze and I could either receive a discount, or wait a couple days for a clean one. I opted to wait. 5 stars for their quality control and communications.
The company name doesn’t lie. In day and night this thing is crystal clear. You will wash it more than normal just because you’re looking through it (at least I am). I don’t wear ear plugs anymore and my helmet isn’t getting slammed on the freeway. I came from another well known brand that states they have the curve. Bought the tallest one they had and it’s garbage. This blows it away. AND my radio sounds 100% better!

I’m very pleased with my new GT windscreen. My 2015 Ultra Limited has a much different wind pattern (worse) than previous years I’ve had. This windscreen really helped. I went about 1”-1 1/2” below my eye level rather than the recommended 2” but I still can see well just over the screen. Nice product.

All I can say is WOW!! For under 150 bucks, I got an entire new Ultra!! I understand that Harley makes their windshields for people of average height, which is probably about 5’10”, but I’m 6 feet and the helmet buffeting was pretty severe.
I immediately began searching the internet for windshields for my 2014 H-D Ultra Limited. Looked at Wind-vest, Slip-Streamer, and National Cycle, whom I have always gone with in the past. Clearview Shields impressed me first because you simply made the “Biggest and Widest”. Also your website took great measures to make the user understand the exact measurements and heights of your product, (measuring from the on-off switch, etc.). In addition I was impressed that you are simply a small AMERICAN business that continues to do what all American businesses should do. Focus on something, and make a quality product with outstanding customer service. When I called in, I talked to someone there…not someone in Singapore who is paid to just answer the phone.
To sum it up, I am more than satisfied with your product and especially your customer service for covering my many questions.
It is companies like yours that are what’s left of the “Real America”.

This was our last stop of a 2,222.9 mile trip from CA to AZ, NM and TX. Your windshields worked extremely well and we both noticed the difference immediately in comparison to our stock windshields. We experienced a blistering 118 degree heat in Quartzsite AZ to an extremely hard rain storm with gale force winds in Deming NM. Your windshield preformed extremely well in both conditions. I just rolled the odometer past 5,000 miles with the Clearview Recurve with the extra 5 inch width on my 2016 Ultra Limited. This is my third windscreen, and I wished I would have found it earlier. It is amazing. No comparison to other brands. It puts the wind (bugs/leaves/etc) over my head; yet, I look over the top of the windscreen.

I love my NEW Clearview XL (19″ clear w/ Recurve) Shield. I have a ’16 Street Glide and the factory shield is cool looking but was not very pleasant to ride with, to much buffeting. I put the new shield on as soon as it was delivered, after checking for defects and proper fit I removed the clear plastic protective material.

WOW – such an improvement!!!! I recently bought a ’16 Street Glide Special and wasn’t very impressed with the stock windshield on the highway – I felt I was getting way too much head buffeting and looked to get a taller windshield. I received my Medium height smoked windshield with the re-curve this morning and immediately put on the bike and took a test ride. Virtually all the buffeting is gone; this is what I hoped for from a stock windshield but didn’t get. Customer service was great. HIGHLY Recommended!!!
