Motorcycle Windshield Tint Choices: Light Gray | Smoke | Medium Gray | Dark Gray

Clearview Shields offers many of our Replacement Motorcycle Windshields with several choices of tint. All tints are pigmentation’s of color within the resin of the plastic. There are no films, laminates, or dyes which can either shorten screen life, fade from wear, or damage the plastic internally.
LIGHT GRAY
Light Gray allows 86% of light to transmit through the screen, only blocking your view of the road by 14%. It works well to reduce glare from bright daytime rides as well as from oncoming lights during night rides, without compromising a safe ClearView of the road ahead when looking through it.
It goes well with most paint configurations due to it’s light hue.
Smoke
Smoke has a brownish hue and allows 80% of light to transmit through the shield, only blocking your view of the road by 20%. It works well at reducing glare from bright daytime rides and oncoming lights during night rides without compromising a safe ClearView of the road ahead when looking through it.
It looks best with Red, Burgundy, Purple, Yellow, Orange, and Black Color Schemes.
Medium Gray
Medium Gray allows 57% of the light to transmit through the screen, blocking 43% of your view of the road. Tit is only offered as a standard replacement for many smaller options because of the difficulty looking through it at night. Custom requests are available for taller sizes.
It goes well with most paint configurations, but is ideal for Black and Silver color schemes.
Dark Gray
Dark Gray allows 35% of the light to transmit through the shield, blocking 65% of your view of the road. It is only offered as a standard replacement for many smaller options because of the difficulty looking through it at night. Custom requests are available for taller sizes.
It matches well with most paint configurations, and is ideal for Black and Silver color schemes.
