These Road Star / Royal Star Windshields are designed to Mount to the OEM Yamaha Road Star/ Royal Star Brackets. Â (1996-2001 models). Clearview Shields are designed as “replacement” windshields. We do not offer any brackets/braces/framing or any other hardware.

During the final stages of product development, we send out samples of our design to different riders for review and feedback to refine the finished product. These individuals are asked for their body height, inseam and Bike mods which gives us valuable data when determining Best windshield size for riders. i ordered this windshield and waited 5 weeks, then i got a call that it was scratched and damaged in production so they offered me a discount. I declined the discount and asked for a refund. Unfortunately, i lost an additional $10 with the exchange rate from back then until now. I understand problems happen and its probably just my really bad luck with this order. Customer Service was great and other than the damage, everything was pretty smooth.

Very happy with the product and the instructions that talked about test fitting everything in my case it took a lot of shimming of the windshield mounts due to the fact that I have a throttle lock on the throttle and made the windshield contact with the master cylinder but that was easily correctable

THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE!!! IT’s PERFECT! Clear and 95% match (a little different at the bottom, NOT an issue). And so clear I don’t know if you can even see it in the picture. And this was sooooo simple even I could do it. Okay, I asked my wife to help hold it place to start the bolts. I appreciate the extra effort you and you staff put in to make sure I got what I wanted and that it was first quality. Thank you very much.

My original windshield had crystallized and when the sun hit it just right, I couldn’t see a thing. After installing my new shield, it was like night an day. The shield fit perfectly, was very easy to install and came with the spacers needed. Deliver was very fast and the shield was extremely well packaged. The quality is incredible. Hoping I don’t need another for some time, but if I do, this is the one I will buy again. Highly recommend this product and company.

Was told it might not fit my 2001 Royalstar Tour Deluxe,since they advertise only up to a 1998,but as you can see it fits,they need to change there description to include 2001 Royalstar Tour Deluxe.

Hands down best screen on the market! I’m ordering the 3rd one for my Roadstar after a minor crash broke the last one. The first one was a blem, and it was hardly noticeable on the lower section of the Shield and then I upgraded to a recurve with vent in light gray and it arrived in perfect condition!
