The shield was well packed and a perfect fit with the bikes OEM brackets. I am 6' tall and the previous shield directed the wind and other "objects" directly into my face shield. These are now directed just over the top of my helmet.
I do recommend having some loctite handy for the acorn washers, I had one loosen up after the new windshield was installed that needed to be replaced.

This is my second windshield, this time for a 2006 Yamaha Stratoliner. I love the thicker material and yet it's crystal clear. It fit perfectly. I thought it was going to be too short to provide protection for me and my wife, but she says there's no wind buffeting on the back like she had with the super tall stock windshield. Clearview windshields are possibly the best motorcycle accessory I've ever had!

Hey Barry, I will reach out to you and see what happened. if you bought the by used the previous owner may have installed an aftermarket windshield which would have a different hole pattern. Not being the original owner there would be no way to know what was stock or aftermarket.

Quality windscreen, the extra width and vent helped with 95% of the head buffeting at legal speeds from the air coming around the tank. Easy to install as well. I would definitely recommend Clearview as a quality replacement windshield.
