Got the windshield on my motorcycle, absolutely perfect. First time in my life I've ever bought a windshield and bolted it on with no problems and road tested and it was perfect no buffeting. I'll send you pictures from Daytona bike week maybe or the keys or Arizona we don't know where we're gonna end up. Anyway the trip would suck without that windshield.

I am 5' 9" tall and purchased the mid height windshield with vent. I look through the shield just below the top lip, which I don't mind .This shield makes the machine a pleasure to ride at hi way speeds, the stock wind deflector being a joke.Looks great!

I'm very happy with my choice to go with Clearview, I was in need of something bigger than what I cold find any where else.

I'm 6'5" and head buffing was a problem. Now with a 24" with a recurve its just what I needed to correct the problem. The bonus is that it is DOT certified, higher density and just a touch thicker to keep its form better and still looks stock.

Prefect fit from the start, E-Z to install, it came boxed and shipped properly.

Clearview Shields gets it and does it right.

Their site has common sense guides (and screen measurements) to pick the all-important height accurately the first time. Tint is personal preference and style, but wondering about GT width, vents, recurve? They explain what each does. If the benefit is of interest to you and/or your passenger, get it - each feature performs exactly as described (from experience with an earlier Road Glide windscreen from CVS).

It takes 2 or 3 weeks, but they make precisely what you ordered, perfectly. Completely symmetrical left to right, no weird warp anywhere in the screen, excellent optical clarity throughout the entire screen, even though I look over mine 99% of the time.

Cost I consider reasonable. A windscreen customized to me that functions and looks exactly as I want adds to the pleasure of every ride -> money well spent in my case.

I bought a used 2012 Burgman 650 Executive that already had a Clearview XL screen that was just too tall for me. I had to watch the road through plastic all the time, even with the shield in the lowest position, but I liked the hardware so I bought a new Medium screen, and added the vent option. LOVE this new screen. Size is perfect for my 5' 8" height and the vent adds a whole new dimension to ventilation and reduction of vacuum at expressway speeds. Very pleased.

I am very pleased with my new windshield. Installation was easy with the stock brackets. The extra width helps with the wind protection. It arrived in perfect condition, works great and looks great on the bike. I thought the cost was quite reasonable also. I will buy from Clearview again when needed. John

Product fit perfectly and looks great. I replaced the stock shield with an XL one from Clearview Shields to get a little more shelter from wind when riding at highway speeds. My stock shield was also a bit worn from 19 years of use, so the new shield makes mike bike look much newer. Although I did not have to use any of it, I also appreciated the hardware that was included with the shield.

The shield is much better for touring compared to the (more stylish) short deflector that comes stock.

I purchased a 21 inch GT width windshield for my 2018 Road King. Took about 3 weeks to receive it. Quality of the windshield is excellent and fits me perfectly (I'm 6'6" and needed a taller windshield). Not the cheapest but good quality.

I installed my new windshield today and the quality is amazing! Installation was easy, bolted right in place no problems! Really improved the appearance of my Shadow ace tourer! Thanks Clearview!

After a bit of a hassle and some more dough for obtaining mounting hardware, I have a windshield. I took the bike out for a ride today (39F and wind blowing). This is a completely different ride (on the great side). I am very pleased.

Recently purchased the 6.5” “Sport” for my wife’s ’19 Street Glide. Very happy with this purchase. I’ve owned windshields from two other popular competitors and I believe this one is the best quality. The windshield is not too thick like others that create a gap at each end after installation and there’s no ugly manufacturer’s emblem stuck on the front of it. The Clearview Shields logo with shield and wings is lightly etched into the surface on one end and actually looks rather nice. What I liked most is the way it was packaged. I’ve had competitors ship theirs in a bag believe it or not – this one was shipped in a cardboard box with plenty of foam packing material. It was also wrapped nicely with protective film in such a way to allow me to accurately test ride it before accepting. I’ve had others wrapped in so much film it was impossible to test. The fit and finish is perfect – I will most definitely recommend Clearview Shields over all others.

Great windshield. Very happy with the purchase, the windshield is exactly what I wanted. I have a 2003 Valkyrie with the OEM Honda windshield that has seen better days. It was scratched to the point that I had to shield my eyes from the reflective glare that bounced from the many fine scratches. I ordered the replacement Windshield from Clearview and it was supposed to be a direct copy of the Honda OEM shield. When it arrived it was packaged with so much foam packing it almost filled my garbage can when I pulled it all out of the box. The shield was covered in a protective film so you can mount it and then try it without worrying about scratching. It fit my hardware perfect and I noticed it was also a bit thicker than stock which makes for a nice ridged screen. I opted for the adjustable vent and I am glad I did. While on the highway I opened the vent to the first preset and it directed the wind up on the inside and there was no helmet buffeting even above highway speeds. It started to rain and closing the vent kept my phone dry behind the screen, NICE. I can't wait for summer to open the vent the entire way so the wind will hit me about chest level. I have used Clearview Shields for 11 years love the air deflection that the recurve gives. I like looking over my wind screen and the small recurve provides wind deflection without the tall screen

Upon initial inspection the shield is of good quality and contains an installation kit I was not aware came with the shield. Unfortunately, I have not been able to install the windshield as the bike is in storage for the winter. Will update my review in the spring!

I have just received the windshield for my Burgman 400, and it is beautiful. I am replacing another aftermarket windshield broken when my wife tipped the bike over in the barn and broke it. It has not been installed yet but you can see that it is of better quality and design then the top name brand one that it replaces. I know I am really going to love it.

The windshield is of high quality, fits perfectly to original oem hardware, and is optically perfect, also the extra thickness is really nice. It's a lot more ridged than the original shield.

I sent this E mail to Craig after I used the shield for a few days. I hope he received it. It gives my complete review.

All I can say is WOW!! For under 150 bucks, I got an entire new Ultra!! I understand that Harley makes their windshields for people of average height, which is probably about 5'10", but I'm 6 feet and the helmet buffeting was pretty severe.
I immediately began searching the internet for windshields for my 2014 H-D Ultra Limited. Looked at Wind-vest, Slip-Streamer, and National Cycle, whom I have always gone with in the past. Clearview Shields impressed me first because you simply made the "Biggest and Widest". Also your website took great measures to make the user understand the exact measurements and heights of your product, (measuring from the on-off switch, etc.). In addition I was impressed that you are simply a small AMERICAN business that continues to do what all American businesses should do. Focus on something, and make a quality product with outstanding customer service. When I called in, I talked to someone there...not someone in Singapore who is paid to just answer the phone.
To sum it up, I am more than satisfied with your product and especially your customer service for covering my many questions.

I just wanted to thank Ryan for a Quality Product and Great Coustom Service . When I purchased my KLR I new there were several things I wanted to up grade, one being the stock windshield. The stock windshield did not offer much protection or any buffeting from the wind, so I spent many hours on the internet reading forms, browsing manufacturers websites along with speaking to several people at stores. Most of them were not much help until I called Clear View and spoke directly to the owner Ryan Stenger, he spent the time with me on what bike I was putting their windshield on, type of riding and in what condition I would be riding in.

I was about to give up on my 2019 Scout because the wind buffeting and wobbling was UNSAFE. I am 5'7" and the Small size windshield is perfect. I also installed the lowers. I am pleased to announce that I will keep the bike now that it is rideable. Wobbling gone. Nothing else worked. Congratulations on a product that WORKS!

the shield is well made the original brackets from the old shield fit perfect. i did get the shield with the 5 position vent 17.5 with the recurve for my road king i just installed on bike and the weather here in the boston area is wintery and i have not tested it on the road. i will do a review of how it works on a ride in the spring

I really appreciated the attention to customer service. I was contacted to confirm and verify order specifications. I was again contacted when Clearview inspected the windshield and let me know about a small imperfection. I was given the choice to have the windshield remade or accept a discount. I have never had a company provide this level of customer service. I recommend Clearview Shields to everyone.

Works great! Does exactly as described and redirected the air over my helmet. The height I chose was right at my site line, which works, but with a passenger it’s a little tall. I still like it and will order another when it’s time.

I had a Yamaha Warrior with a Clearview shield and thought it worked great, so I was happy they made one with a vent for my new Road King.
It's been too cold to use the vent, but the curve at the top gets rid of the harsh wind noise I was getting in my helmet off the OEM windscreen.

On June 29 we began a 2,400 mile ten day tour of the New England states where we had a "Clearview" of the country side. To you and the team at "Clearview Shields" I extend a THANK YOU for an excellent product. As a followup I now have over 4,00 miles on the windshield and it still looks like new. The shield blocks the wind and bugs but allows enough air circulation for a pleasurable ride. Your windshield is 2X the thickness of my stock shield. I ordered the 'looking through' height with extra width and the windshield was an exact fit with under 1/2 hour for installation. My only regret is that I didn't order it sooner. Indian Vintage Windshield Size Medium GT Width Light Gray Tint

First I would like to say the windshield for my 2016 Indian vintage is great. my question is do you do any engraving on the windshields,It would be neat to have Indian across the front of the windshield maybe even in color.

I installed my new, "medium" windshield last Saturday. Since I already had the lowers, I was excited to see how they interacted with this windshield...

Although the windshield I got is labeled, "medium", it's their largest size, unless they make something custom for you, (and I believe they will, if you ask). Sitting on the bike, using their formula, at 5' 8", this is the perfect height for looking, "over" the windshield. It's about 2" higher than my 21" Indian windshield. I got the dark gray one with the recurve.

The windshield did exactly what I wanted! It got the wind out of my face and quieted my ride. My wife frequently rides with me and she said she doesn't have to fight wind buffeting any longer. One of our regular rides we do is through farm land. Lots of bugs! Typically, my helmet and shield would have a nice selection of bugs on it after a round trip. On our first trip out there with this windshield, I didn't have ONE BUG on my helmet or face shield! In that respect, I would give it 5 stars.

The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of handling. It's not horrible but I lost some of the stability I gained when I put on the lowers with the Indian windshield. A little bit of that shakiness returned and the bike seems blown around a little more. It could very well be because of the extended surface area. If there was a way I could, "fine-tune" that out, by adjusting the lowers up or down, it would be perfect. Perhaps Clearview have a suggestion.

All in all, it was a great purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to get another one. Oh, one last thing, the dark gray looks GREAT on the burgundy metallic Scout. I've seen a clear one on another bike, I I think this one looks far better.

I've been using my medium gray lowers for several months. Prior to that, I was running with just the medium-size Indian windshield. The bike was squirrily on the road, especially around trucks. But, even in clear air, anything 80 and above made the bike feel unstable on the road.

After putting on the Clearview lowers, it was a different bike! It's now stable on the road and I'm much less nervous when passing big rigs. It is, without a doubt, the best money you can spend on your Scout if you have a windshield. It firmly plants the front end on the road, that's the only way I can describe it.

Thank you to the team at ClearView for making an awesome product for me! The windshield that I bought from the manufacture for my V rod Muscle put the wind directly in my face and ears, which made riding so uncomfortable. My eyes were always tearing behind my glasses and my ears ached constantly from the wind blowing right in them giving me terrible headaches after even a short ride.
