Let me first say, my Harley windshield cracked because the holes were miss aligned from the outer plastic to threaded back plate. The holding screws would not attach , in fact I cross threaded the first screw when trying to install the Clearview shield. The outer plastic needed to be ground out to make alignment correct. After grinding the hole larger, everything came together very nicely.
The Clearview Shield came within a couple weeks of ordering. It was in a sponge wrapped box with heavy plastic wrap on both sides of the shield. The holes fit perfectly in my frame and installed easily. At first, I was a little hesitant if it was the right shield because the label said electa glide, but it fit perfectly and it looks great on the bike. I got one 2 inches taller than the original and my tall gal says it moves the wind over her better. Very happy.

Wrecked my original window on my 2013 Road King and needed a replacement asap for fall riding in northern New England. Clear view came highly recommended on a Harley forum. Sure enough, after a short phone conversation as to what I was looking for my order was placed and I recited it 5 days later in perfect condition. As far as performance, the slight reverse curve on the top edge works as advertised and diverts the wind several inches above the highest point of the windshield. Went with the vent option and am very pleased with the quality and installation. All and all I could not be happier with the windshield and would highly recommend it to anyone needing a replacement windshield.

I purchased a 12.5" clear, standard width windshield, with recurve, for my 2003 FXDL Dyna Low Rider, and I am very happy with the shield, in both looks and performance. I wanted the smallest shield possible that would still perform well on this particular bike, and after a couple of test rides and then a 100+ mile ride on a very windy day, I am satisfied that this was the right choice.

I have put about 2500 miles on this Clearview Shield, though extreme temps and hilly curves*. I am very happy with the wider profile GT, seems to block some air flow over the fairing speakers and looks good. The recurve buffers the wind perfectly. Overall, I think the Clearview Shield is an excellent windscreen; it does it's job!

When I purchased my bike it had the Klockwerks sport fairing on it. Looked cool and that was about it. Noise and buffeting at highway speeds was horrible, and could not hear the stereo. After doing some research I decided to go with Clearview. What a difference! Noise and buffeting almost nonexistent, and can hear the stereo at "highway" speed. For any other people reading reviews I am 6'4" and the XL works perfect for me. Shout out to Craig, Tonya and the team for an awesome product. Since installing it on 8/17 I have put over 5k miles on, and no problems. Great product.

I tried a Memphis shades windshield while awaiting the Clearview to arrive. Hands down the Clearview gave a quiet ride and put the wind just above my head which is perfect.

The 14.5 height is directly in my line of sight so it does not work for me. The vent seems to only help direct air on you when it’s hot it does not help with buffeting in my opinion. The wait time for the windshield and the return policy (restocking fee) is not worth it in my opinion. The customer service is great however.

This review is of a 14", dark grey FXRT shield with a recurve, FXRP screen/mask and bar cut. I bought it to replace a 9" shield from another manufacturer. Fit is great. Packing was excellent. It came with new well nuts and bolts. The bar cut is just right. I have 8" risers and 4" bars. It clears everything. The old shield caught my throttle cable on full lock. If something happened to it, I'd buy the same shield again.

This is a great shield and almost twice the thickness of the stock. Easy install and runs much more solid. Only negative I would say is that I ordered the curved shield and there is no curve. Instead of continuing back it just straitens. So don’t expect this curve to fix any buffering, which unfortunately is why I purchased this. I kept it because the quality and height allows me to add a windshield extender to the stop buffering on really long rides.

WOW. i was so impressed with the quality, ease of install and best yet was being able to ride with my visor up. having the option to put some wind on my face because of the vent was an added bonus. It looks so good and also feel great to ride with.

Just got it today and it went from box to bike in about 30 minutes. I purchased the 16" light tint recurve with the extra 2.5" width for my 2022 FLRT. I did my test ride of 20 miles at speeds of 60+; came home disassembled it, removed the cover film and re-installed it in about an hour. Took another 40 mile run at 70+ and what a difference this has made; no more death grip to hold me onto the bike, no more bugs to the forehead, no more wind noise covering up the sound of the exhaust; there was some buffeting with my glasses, but I believe that is the design of the glasses not the shield. If I had to ding Clearview, I would have preferred polycarbonite as the material mainly because of it's strength properties and resistance to scratching. But I AM VERY happy with this product. Thank you Clearview Shields.

They discussed what was the issue, how it could be fixed, how visible it was, the placement of it, and if they believed it would effect anything during the ride. I asked for the discount and they were very generous.
I would come back without a seconds hesitation.

Just a little feedback from me regarding the Clearview GT shield for my H-D CVO Road Glide Ultra 2015. I had to replace the original windshield due to cracking outwards from the screw holes.
I had a positive experience with a Clearview shield on my previous bike and decided to order from you this time too.
I went for a GT recurve, clear, medium size (I’m 5’11’’).
Since I installed the GT recurve shield this spring I have ridden 5000 miles in all kinds of conditions. I am pleased to say that I am extremely happy with the Clearview shield. In harsh conditions I am well protected behind the shield. I can see over the top of it and there is absolutely no buffeting. For my type of riding; mostly touring and often in rough weather, the Clearview GT has shown to be a perfect choice 🙂

Received the shield but it was cut for a bike that didn't have a light bar, mine does. Called and spoke customer service who quickly agreed to send me a return label and replace the shield. Took it to UPS, they printed the label and off it went. Within a week I received a shipment notice that the new shield was enroute. Upon arrival I could quickly see the problem was resolved. Installed the shield, perfect fit and great loom, a very nice upgrade to my factory shield. Highly recommend this product!

I've had Clearview Shields on several of my bikes now. never disappointed. it did take a coupe weeks to get it. well worth the wait. The fit & finish is great. The screen is a bit thicker material than stock or a wind splitter, but visibility flawless. Looks great on the bike. But how is it on the road? I'm 6'1", stock seat on a 19 Road Glide. I was a little leery of shield this short... but at all speeds it performs fantastic. nice air pocket and no head buffeting. At highway speeds the wind travels just over my head.

Installed it on an aftermarket" Defiant" FXRT repro fairing. Since nothing else has fit on this aftermarket fairing, I was not that hopeful this one would fit. Surprise... fit perfectly.
After installing it, I could have gotten away with a slightly higher, and straight cut. Only regret was not being able to get the FXRT silver band sticker on the bottom of the windshield, Too much dust /dirt gets down there, and cannot clean it without taking off the windshield.
Good quality product, don't expect the tracking number from Clearview to track your windshield; mine tracked someone's COVID test kits!!!
Took 3.5 weeks to arrive, after they "confirmed" my order ( which took 2 weeks post payment), so be prepared to wait 6+ weeks for delivery in Canada.

That is the difference between the stock shield on my 2021 Heritage Classic and the Clearview shield. I'm 5'7" and purchased the 18"H +3" W clear shield with recurve. The severe helmet buffeting I experienced at speeds above 60 mph is completely gone. Is there wind? Of course, it's a motorcycle. But the stuttering, helmet buzzing, vibratory buffeting is gone. If I ever need a shield in the future, Clearview will be my first stop.

This is my second Clearview windshield. Kept my first one for 6 years and changed it only because I wanted to try the recurve at the top. Just got back from a 300 mile trip to PCB, and I was amazed that the wind buffering and wind noise was almost completely eliminated...even without a helmet. It is awesome to cruise at 80 mph and not have your head shimmying with the wind. Easy to install and customer service was knowledgeable and more than willing to help. Great company!

One issue is with light mist or fog the water droplets gather in the top portion of the windshield where the recurve is. Does not bead off even at 50+ mph. Rain will run off put the mist will just accumulate at the recurve making vision through that part of the windshield harder.
Large windshield is 2 in taller than stock HD windshield which is what i wanted/needed with the new seat that makes me sit about two inches higher.

Very well made shield. Clarity is superior and thickness of shield is much better than stock in comparison to my previous purchase of another brand shield for my last motorcycle. Shipping was impressive for that they protected shield with cushioning inside of a cardboard box like no other. There is no way possible for damage to occur to product for how well they package shield with protective cushioning inside of shipping box. My windshield came in the time frame given and in perfect condition and I was able to attach it to my original 2003 100th anniversary badged quick release windshield frame with very little effort. I love the fit and finish and give Clearview an A+ for their product. Great service, great product, I will use their products again when needed and recommend Clearview to anyone needing a motorcycle windshield! I can ride my bike comfortably again in January.

This product is FAR superior in quality to any OEM or other manufactures I have encountered. The material is much thicker than OEM and the product fit is superior to other brand products especially for my not so typical 2003 Heritage Springer.
I am 6'3" so I ordered the tallest available variation, now I no longer have to look "through" the top edge of the windshield.

This is the second Clear View Shield I have had on as many bikes, and the quality and speed of fabrication is excellent. I was told it would take 6 weeks to fabricate, and instead I got it in 3 weeks. I went with a slightly taller than stock height shield, as I measured (per the site instructions), and found stock was a tad too short. I also opted for tinted, and recurve with the wider shield I ordered. This new shield has created such a bubble around me, that there is barely any buffeting at all, except for what comes up my legs from below (which is minor as I have the H-D lowers).
I highly recommend the Clear View Shields, which are of a very high optical quality. The company truly does outstanding work, with great instructions and tips for installation.

Production time and shipping are as advertised. It took about 10 business days to build my shield...exactly as promised. I don't know about you, but it is a good sign when a company is busy and these guys are. My bike is in storage for the winter. So I am reluctant to give a 5 star review, as I do not have much riding time yet, but I am confident that this is an upgrade over my stock Harley shield.

I ordered a windshield but once installed it was too tall called Craig, he set me up with return shipping and label. I took it down to mail fast forward and it was shipped no problems. Rcvd an email when they were ready to ship out the replacement. Rcvd it have not had time to install it yet, everything looked good. So if you want a custom windshield and a great company to work with you should give these folks a shout out. P.s. I'll be replacing a sportster windshield next.

Very clear and deflects the wind perfect helping to eliminate buffering. Looks good as well. The staff was very easy to work with and i toured the shop as i picked mine up in Fort Collins Colorado where they are hand made to order. Highly recommend as i waisted money a few times on the cheap made Harley shields and with other brands before finding this one.

I had the stock windshield that is useless. Went with the HD 7 inch windsplitter from a friends advice but he is also 5'-9". Should have known but learning the hard way being that this is my first bike that has a windshield. The windsplitter was OK at low speeds but also useless above 40mph. The wind was hitting me straight in the face, which I'm used to, but the worst was the buffeting. Stock seat, 6"-3" with 34 inseam. I chose the Clearview small, recurve, GT sculpted with medium gray tint. Probably could have went with the medium size but didn't want to take away from the bikes looks. What a difference and works great. Buffeting is gone and the wind barely hits the top of my helmet. If you need to look through the windshield, it's nice and clear through it's total height with no distortion. The medium gray color is great in the day and I can see through it without a problem. I'm still able to see through it enough at night if needed for very close things but with this size, I look over it 99% of the time. The windshield mounted on perfectly, doesn't flex above 65mph as the windsplitter did, and is easy to clean the bugs off. The larger GT size keeps most of the wind off my shoulders but haven't had a passenger on for their comment. Thank you Clearview for a great windshield.

i did not get to ride much as i have been very busy, i did finally install the windshield and i went for a ride o 10/21/21. ive bought 3 other windshields from another supplier, the first one went good, then when i purchased my road glide 2015 the following 2 broke so i searched out a new option which was clearview, i like that the sheild was heavier it also came with metal grommets which i believe the grommets and being thicker is the key to success. unfortunately i broke my arm doing yard work on 10/22/21 im done riding until spring. so far so good im happy with my purchase.
Received on time and installation was easy and straight forward.

This is my third Clearview Shields purchase for my 2000 Road King Classic. I’m 6’2” so I ordered the taller, 21.5” shield to decrease wind buffeting on my eyewear and top of my helmet while still being able to have a clear view over the top of the shield. The problem is the severe curvature at the bottom of the shield does not allow for the installation of H-D chrome windshield bars. I found this quite perplexing as my 19” shield is compatible with the H-D chrome windshield straps.

Professionally crafted windshield that completely changed the experience of riding a batwing for me. No wind in the face or helmet bobble making it possible for my old neck to be able to comfortably ride 600 miles in a day and feel good afterwards. The adjustable vent performed just like I had hoped and really helped the batwing buffering I was feeling at highway speeds, bike is definitely more stable at high speeds now. Excellent product that looks killer, performs perfectly and is well worth the money!

Not an easy decision but after receiving feedback from the FXR community I chose the 14” with Recurve, grey tint and their P Mask. I am very pleased with my selection. The shield fits perfectly, looks great and is surprisingly heavier/thicker than expected. Much thicker than anything ever offered by Harley.

The one time I changed my mind about the size I wanted, they exchanged it with no problems (I left the protective film on before deciding). Just take it apart and remove the film and then put it back together...I think if I had to do over I would buy one an inch or two shorter than the one being replaced...

2011 Ultra Limited - I am a very happy customer. I received my Clearview Shield 18 days after ordering (including weekends), which was faster than expected. The shield was packaged very well and was flawless on delivery. Using the sizing guide I ordered the large recurve with GT (wide) cut in light gray so that I could see over the top but still have full coverage. I was very skeptical about the claims from some reviews that they could hear the radio better. So before installing the new shield I took a ride up the highway listening to CCR “Run Through the Jungle.” I left the volume set at that same point, then after installing the new shield rode the same route, same speed, song, and volume level. I was amazed at how much clearer I could hear the radio! I am 6’0’ with a 34” inseam; stock seat and bars, and a little bit of a slouch when I ride. The stock 12” shield was right in my line of sight. The large (10.5”) is perfect for me. Just below my line of sight, but the recurve and GT cut do wonders to get the air over and around me and my passenger. Both my wife and daughter noticed a big difference riding on the back. Amazing how a shorter shield can provide better wind protection. This is the shield that my fairing was meant to have! I could not be happier with this purchase

I received my new Clearview Shield and just installed it today (before and after pics included). The shield was flawless and installation couldn't have been any simpler. I haven't had my lady out for a ride yet, but will send an update on how the ride hopefully changes for her. BTW, I also put some Novus 1 on the shield before hitting the road, just to be safe.

With the design of the windshield it was possible to go a lot lower height than the stock and still not have the wind beating you up, plus with the vent less buffering.
I also like that you can clean and treat it with original Rainx!

Received my windshield last week. Loving it! I was a little apprehensive about ordering the wider version but after going for a few long rides I was pleasantly surprised. It may not go over for the crowd that wants looks over function but to cut the wind you can’t beat it. I think it looks great! This is my 3rd clear view shield, probably not my last!

I really like the wider style windshield. The shield is much higher than the stock, which I wanted. The shield is so clear there is no problem seeing through it. It was very easy to install myself. At 72 it is truly suited to our riding style. I can ride with just a ball cap on if I choose to. Even at freeway speeds. I highly recommend Clearview for your shield needs. Thank you Clearview for an excellent product and timely delivery.

I put the ClearView shield on road from Niagara Falls area to Orlando and back… totally awesome! Wasn’t sure it would come before my trip, made a call and it was here in plenty of time. Awesome customer care Awesome product! Worth every penny!

I bought a tall replacement windscreen for the short one from H-D on my ‘13 Sportster 1200 XL Custom. I left the frame clamped onto the fork and unscrewed the existing windscreen and then replaced it with the new tall one from Clearview. On the existing frame still on the cycle. The holes were correct and it mounted perfectly. All I had to do was be careful I replaced each brace and screw and nut in the same locations. It worked. Took about a hour as I went slowly and carefully having never done this before.
Very pleased with the workmanship of this product and the height of the windshield and the width of it and the lighter tint.

As far as the shields we bought. Yes, other brands have a recurve but what sets Clearview apart... Others are so pronounced that they create a turbulence behind them. And unfortunately, right in the face of the passenger. Clearview's recurve is gentle and creates a virtual bubble behind the windshield which stretches even as far as behind the passenger. Even if the passenger gets wind, it's a smooth flow and not turbulent. We've tried many and these are the best.
That being said, HD's Windsplitter shield is VERY comparable. But, the Windsplitter is thinner which can cause the wind to kind of vibrate behind it. It also has a very bad distortion in the recurve, and it only comes in one size. But, what sets it apart is the Windsplitter's recurve around the sides. It's quite interesting that it pushes wind over *and around* the rider and passenger. That's where the Windsplitter is unique.
If I had any suggestions for Clearview it would be to widen the Clearview Shield slightly and add a slight side recurve as well. I don't think any company anywhere would ever be able to compete.

After months of shopping around I pulled the trigger on the Clearview Sport in dark gray for my Tahitian Teal 20 FLHX. As a long waisted 6ft living in WI I was looking to add protection from bugs and weather while not destroying the look. Score! The recurve works without looking weird, the tint is pretty dark and the height puts the wind, and look at bugs, right at the crown of my helmet instead of my forehead! With about 2" of increased height, it doesn't detract from the looks either. As a bonus, I can hear the stock radio a lot better and the price of Clearview was better than other options! Just plan on a bit of a lead time as the shields are made to order

Switched my OEM windscreen with this recurved/tinted Clearview made for my Ultra Limited, wow - what a difference in blocking the wind. Also helped to reduce my passengers wind impact. Smoke tinting is easy to see through, but also is great looking combination with the bikes black paint scheme.

Great customer service, very responsive, and honest. They contacted me and let me know there was a small scratch in the windshield and offered a discount or new shield. I opted for the new shield, and they produced it within a day or two, and shipped quickly. The shield fits perfectly on my Softail Deluxe, looks and performs great, and is about 2 mm thicker than the existing one. I am very satisfied with the product and highly recommend!

I was having too much wind buffeting and noise with my stock windshield. I am 5'10" tall and ride a 2020 Road King. It was worse when I got a Saddlemen touring seat because it is thicker and firmer and put my head further up in the wind.
I ordered the 21" Clearview recurve with the center vent and it solved all my problems with buffeting and noise. Depending on which seat I am using I am either looking through the windshield or the top of it is crossing my line of sight. It does such a great job of moving the turbulence above my helmet that I could probably have used a 20" and been okay. I think the vent does a lot to help reduce wind effects and I'm glad I decided to order it.
I don't mind looking through this windshield and I can ride with my face plate open and no earplugs and still hear the Bluetooth speakers in my helmet. One thing it has shown me is how loud car and truck tires are on the highway. I couldn't hear them before, due to the wind.

I have to admit waiting for something is not a virtue of mine. You were quite clear on how long this would take since it had to be manufactured. With that said it is well worth the wait. The packaging was impressive to begin with well padded and with the plastic on both sides to prevent damage. The shield is near double the thickness of the stock one that was on the bike. The light grey is perfect for my needs. The slightly taller with the reverse curve and the wider unit is incredible. It has removed over 50% of the sound, and the wind at 60 mph flies just over the top of my head. I sent a few pictures. I could not be happier with your product.

Very happy with my new windshield. I am 5'9" and ordered the 17.5" clear recurve windshield. It fit perfectly and is just right for me to look over the windshield a couple of inches. I am using the Mustang touring seat which sits me a little higher than stock. Don't notice any more wind than I did with the stock windshield that I had to look through. Thickness and quality of shield is great!

I had to manually sand the edge to stop the glare. Your Shields give me and my wife a quiet and protected ride.

Thanks for all your help with my order. I received and installed the new shield and it installed very easily. Between the new Clearview shield and some fork baffles, I would say 95% of my buffeting is gone. The disturbed airflow is now above my helmet so mission accomplished. The only thing I noticed at first is a little more side-to-side buffeting of the bike itself in the wind or behind a truck, which makes sense with a larger surface area up front. I'm a happy customer.
Oh, and I'm glad I got the vent. It will be nice in summer around here.

Great fit. You may want a helper to attach the frame to the shield because it gets a little tricky trying to do everything with just 2 hands and keep the locktite off the shield. Take your time so you don't scratch it. The 19.5 " was just right for me at 5'10" on my 2005 Road King Custom, I sit a little high in the saddle because of my Air Hawk 2 seat cushion, which is another Great Product! I can see over the top of the windshield just right, and the recurve throws the air well over the top of my head. I like the wind protection the extra wide option gives me. Thicker and stronger than the OEM. This is my second shield from Clearview Shields, a different bike, and I could not be more pleased with them or the product. Grady

Project on this bike took a little longer than I thought it would, however I finally got everything buttoned up and was able to put about 100 miles on yesterday. Could not be happier with the protection this windshield offers! It gives air without being blasted. Temperatures were in the high 50s to low 60s and this windshield provided enough protection to keep me comfortable. Thank you again for a great product!

The clarity through the windshield was unbelievable. There is no distortion whatsoever. I showed it to a friend and he was amazed. He was also shocked at the price. I highly recommend this product.

Perfect height, I can see right over your shield. Buffeting all but gone, and a tweak of the vent allows adjustment for all conditions. SO glad I swapped, thanks again!

Just wanted to drop a note to thank you for your shield. I couldn’t be happier, and even though Craig said that there was an imperfectiont in it, I certainly haven’t been able to find it. It’s a perfect size, so your instructions are spot on. When I put it on, I thought it may be too short (15”) but I took it out on the highway at 80 MPH, and wearing my normal aviator glasses, my eyes were dry and the wind was not bothering me at all. I get all the benefits of being in the wind without the direct face hit that I was getting before.

I just received the shield I ordered for my 2019 Ultra Limited. While a month seemed forever to receive it, it was definitely worth the wait. The fit and finish is flawless and the included rubber edge guards for the extended “wings“ were a nice touch. I was worried the batwing fairing wouldn’t close up with the thicker shield, but it sealed up just fine. The shield feels more sturdy than the 10” Harley wind splitter it replaced and the dark tint looks awesome. Thanks for an excellent product at a fair price. My only regret is not finding your company sooner.

Craig – I have now been able to test your windshield for several thousand miles, and I must say it does everything you claimed it would. Primarily, it eliminates almost all of the wind buffeting that was hitting my head. The height is spot-on and there is absolutely no vision distortion around the edges like so may other windshields have. It also does a fantastic job of keeping the bugs and rain off me.
Thanks for your help with my selection. You have created a great product. If/when I trade bikes, I’ll most likely be needing another Clearview recurve shield.

Received my 19” recurved shield yesterday and have it installed on the 2020 Road King. Rode it 170 miles today and it is perfect on this bike. As usual, the quality is first rate. Just an FYI for you and your sales team. The 2020 Road King comes with a 20” windshield. I would guess that this is the same for all of the Milwaukee 8 Road Kings. I am 6’ tall and 175 lbs. I ride in a good upright position and can tell you that a 20” windshield is way too high for someone of my size. I ordered the special 19” after putting my other Clearview 19.5” on this bike. I bought the 19.5” for my other Road King….a 2004. I have 93,000 miles on that one and the windshield is a perfect height. When I say “perfect”, I mean a windshield that allows me to comfortably see over the top while blocking enough air to prevent helmet buffet. The 19.5 was, in my opinion, about a ½” too tall for the 2020 and thus the order for the 19”. Turns out I was right as the 19” is a perfect height for a 6’ rider who aims to look over the top of the windshield. So….if you are talking to a perspective customer looking to put a new windshield on a M-8 Road King, I would suggest a 19” if the rider is 6’ tall and add or subtract height basis this relationship. Like my other Clearview, this new windshield is the only choice for touring on a Road King….no matter the year of the bike. You can quote me on that, too!

Turns out I was right as the 19” is a perfect height for a 6’ rider who aims to look over the top of the windshield. So….if you are talking to a perspective customer looking to put a new windshield on a M-8 Road King, I would suggest a 19” if the rider is 6’ tall and add or subtract height basis this relationship. Like my other Clearview, this new windshield is the only choice for touring on a Road King….no matter the year of the bike. You can quote me on that, too!

It's would be unrealistic to expect clearshields to eat that cost for my mistake. In both cases the windshield arrived faster than promised.
The quality of the windshield is excellent with no discernible flaws and a perfect fit to my brackets. I followed their instruction for determining the height that I need and it was ideal. Count me as very satisfied and a potential repeat customer.

This is the nicest windshield you will find for an FXRT. Klockwerx version doesn’t fit late style Fxrt and the cheap EBay shields are just a flat piece of thin plastic with some holes in it.

Fire ,fits flush and clean, heavy thick solid shield recommend this for wind and the elements if you have FXR or want the police style wind shield
Good improvement over the stock shield. Wind still buffs your head a little bit at 65-70 but it isn't bad. 2014 HD Street Glide.

I'm happy with this replacement windshield and I rate it an 11 out of 10. The quality of materials, finish, and service is high. I purchased the clear 17" with recurve and vent. I would recommend to anyone that is riding on the highway to buy big and get the vent. I don't know if the recurve makes much difference, there is a little optical distortion at the bend. It isn't noticeable after initial view. IMHO all the work to measure out looking over the windshield is overrated. I'm looking through the windshield and now I clean the bugs off the windshield and not my helmet visor. In fact, now I'm able to ride with my visor up and the vent open, so I get a little cooling wind in my face. Before, I had to ride with my visor down or the wind buffeting was shaking my fillings loose. The trade off of looking through the windshield and not a helmet visor is a good one if the windshield is clear. As for tint, I like the clear view and I use my sunglasses and helmet sun visor to adjust for sunlight. A tinted windshield to me is an unadjustable feature, which like a broken clock, is right only one time of day. I don't drive with sunglasses when the sun goes down, so a tinted windshield isn't helpful when I need visibility and I need others to see me. Thank you Clearview Shields. I'm happy with my purchase and your product.

I found the Clearview site looking for aftermarket replacement windshield for my Ultra limited. I debated on ordering a 4 inch or 6.5 inch windshield so I ordered both. I mounted each shield and rode around the block a few time to check the top of the windshield in my line of sign and both were out of my line of sight. I kept the 4" shield on for a weekend trip and was very please with the recurve flowing the air just over the top of my helmet, (I'm 5' 10") and the short shield worked very well. We rode thru some heavy rain (read monsoon type rain) and the shorter shield preformed well. Next trip going with the 6.5" shield which I expect will perform equally as well and offer a little more rain protection.
Both shields are excellent in quality and optical clarity: no distortion whatsoever looking thru shield compared to not looking thru the shield.
Very happy with Clearview and w recommend to all looking fa new windshield.

Took about a month but I was aware of this when ordering as it was during the covid-19 crisis. Finally received and it’s awesome, I got light gray instead of clear, which I originally ordered, but since clear was hard to come by again due to covid-19, they reached out to make sure I’d be happy with the switch. Glad I did, i went with a recurve gt width, 18″ height and no vent for my 2019 Harley heritage classic. I’m 5’9″ with about a 31″ inseam. Fits me well, takes quite a bit more air away from my body, top of my helmet just catches the wind but only way to truly stop that is to go so tall I look through it, but not what I was looking for. I love it very high quality very well shipped and made. Thanks guys!

I'm a tall fella, and the head buffeting I was getting from the stock windshield was sucking the joy right out of riding. I had switched over to a police saddle and this raised my noggin straight up into some pretty turbulent air. I know a shield over 20" looks kind of awkward, but man oh man, I can comfortably ride in the saddle all day long without excessive fatigue. No regrets here, a solid purchase.

After a week or two they emailed again and stated the clear plastic (my choice) was in heavy demand and further days were possible. They suggested that I go with a light grey (free upgrade) to keep my order on schedule. I did just that. It arrived and I couldn't be happier. They're communication and customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend over all competitors.

Needed taller wind screen for my ‘19 Heritage Softail. The stock screen was 18”, I’m 6’1”. I liked the blacked out lower portion of the stock screen, but was not an option from HD’s catalog. I found Clearview online and they could do the blacked out lower bout so I could keep the look of the factory screen. They made me a 21” screen, shipped it safely in a very short time. Easily installed with the included instructions. Beautiful. I did find that 21” was a bit too tall. I found on YouTube a very helpful video on trimming windscreens. I took off 1” and perfection!

Let me start by saying I've never left a review for anything, so that in itself should tell you something. It's very hard to find parts for Harley sidecars, so when I found this I was pretty happy. Took a little while to get the windshield because they had to actually manufacture it, but when I got it, it was perfect. Matched the factory windshield 100%, mounting holes and all. Very happy with my purchase and well worth the wait! Keep up the good work!

I have had this this shield for about a month now. Quality product! I am forcing my dad to order one as well. I ordered a Long Ride Shield that was the wrong size (my fault), but was some distortion. With the correct size on my clearview, when I need to look through the shield, I have not noticed any distortion.. For less than half the price!!
Fit and Finish is great on My Street Glide, as for wind protection, I knew this was the shield before I ever hit 5th gear..
