Just got back from my Florida trip and wanted to give you an update on the performance of the windshield I received from you. To sum it up in one word....AWESOME! It was a joy to ride with.. no buffeting, very little wind noise, perfect height to see over. I think the biggest plus is the fact that my wife also enjoyed the ride with it. I put over 3700 miles on my Venture in two weeks and couldn't be more pleased. Thanks again, it was a real pleasure doing business with, and you have provided me with an awesome product.

I received the windshield just in time for my run to Washington DC. I wanted to let you know, this windshield is a 100% improvement over the stock shield. The vent totally eliminated the vacuum effect I felt at highway speeds and the coverage area made this a very comfortable trip. Thanks for getting it to me in time. Just put some miles on the 99 Royal Star Venture with my new Clearview 18"XL vented shield. I'm absolutely thrilled with the way it complements the bikes lines, Yamaha should really consider using your new design right from the factory! At 6'03" 33" leg inseam my view falls 1inch below the top of the shield. Absolutely no head or should buffeting even when trucks pass. Awsome dead air space, vent works so well I may never put the shortie shield back on during the summer months!

The windshield I had you make for my 99 Venture is two inches wider than your XXL. As you can see it fits the bike perfectly! I really like the thickness of the shield compared to my last one. I was impressed with the engineering of the product with the curvature and fit of your product. I had once purchased a windshield where in high winds the front end would oscillate with the wind buffeting. I have not found that with your product. Also, this is the first time I have had a vent in the windshield. It is a nice addition for riding here in California where we can ride year round.

I am 6 ft tall even. If I had it over to do again I'd probably go with a replacement about in inch shorter. It may be too early to tell, I've only put on about 250 miles. Your's is very much better than the stock Yamaha I had, which was the tall one. So now I see the top of the shield when with the too tall one I did not. I suspect I will adjust soon.

I just had to drop you a short note, I received my new shield a couple of months ago for my 1998 ACE Tourer. The installation was a "no brainer" as the shield was as you stated a direct replacement so everything lined up. After mounting the shield and a short test drive I removed the covering.

Just a line to comment on my recent purchase, a valkyrie tourer replacement wind shield. It fit the bracket perfectly, did not have the troublesome headlight hole that prevents the instalation of an accessory light bar, and is the most optically correct windshield I have ever owned. I have owned many windshields and motorcycles in my 40 years of riding, and I now feel I have the best in bikes and in windshields, and do not anticipate any changes in the future.

Here are a couple photos of my '98 Honda Valkyrie with Voyager Conversion Kit and new Clearview replacement shield. The shield was a perfect fit for the OEM Honda shield and installed in about 15 minutes. I got the 3" extra tall shield, and it's much better to look through the shield than over the top edge.

Hey Craig, my new shield is on and man is it great. I didn't have a good idea of just how bad my old windshield was scratched, pitted and discolored until I took yours out of the box. Funny how you can look through it and not notice just how hard it is to see through. It mounted very easily, a perfect fit.

The windshield I ordered arrived in fine shape, obviously packed by someone who understands what loving care means. The screen is a little bit thicker/heavier plastic, and just feels like quality material. I installed it in just a few minutes, and took it for a fifty minute ride. Again a whole new world. The proof to me was it was the first time on the bike that I was able to crack the screen on my helmet and not have the wind push it shut. Absolutely no vibration on the screen itself, up through the gears all the way to freeway speeds.

Today I received my replacement windshield for my Honda VTX 1800 Neo. The original $550.00 o.e.m. ws had been badly damaged by a vicious garage door. I ordered a replacement that was 4 1/2 inches taller than the o.e.m.,hoping that it might also reduce the heavy buffeting I had gotten with the o.e.m. I must tell you I was very doubtful that anyone could match the quality of the Honda ws. My luck has always been that I get the wrong part or wrong color or the product is far less than what I expected. Well, after a 15-20 min. install I could hardly believe how nicely it fit and the shape and design of the contours was beautiful. It was a better than o.e.m. fit especially around the headlight and turn signals. The true test was yet to come on the highway.....again, better than perfect...no buffeting and no flexing even on a quick run up to 85 with bad air from several tractor trailers. As you know the very first thing I did after parking the bike was get to a phone and call you and thank you for making such a great product. This is probably the only time I have called or written to endorse any product but Clearview Windshield earned this one!!

My wife loves the new shield, and is happy that she no longer will have to wipe bugs juice off of her face and body. I have to say that before I found Clearview I was thinking of selling my Silverwing. The wind noise, and the buffeting was ridicules. I was told about the Clearview windshields, and was more than skeptical. I figured that I had nothing to loose, so I ordered the +5 inch windshield with the vent. It was shipped on the day they said, and delivered on the day they said. I could not believe how big the box was they shipped me, and when I opened it I knew there was no way it could have been damaged in shipping. The directions were easy to follow, and very clear. It only took me about an hour to swap them out.

I want to tell you what a difference your shield makes. I installed it and it fit perfectly, The weather has been so bad that I finially got the chance to try it out. The temperature finally got up to 33 degrees and the streets dried out and no ice. I presently own an 81 Silverwing interstate with the Gold Wing fairing. A 73 BMW with a windjammer and an 82 CBX Honda with a sport fairing and must say with your shield, the PC fairing comes close to being as good as the Gold Wing fairing and the Windjammer, without it it definitely lagged way behind. The CBX had a very bad turbelence problem but I solved the problem by mounting a shield on the handlebars, but for the PC would be impossible without some manufacturing processes. I don't know how you designed the shape, whether by trial or error or by windtunnel but you certainly did a very good job. Again, thank you for capitalizing on what Honda failed to do. I have ridden for over fifty years and the older I get the more particular I become, I can put up with wind but not wind turbulence.

I received my new windshield a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to contact you and tell you how much I am enjoying it. My recently acquired PC 800 is the first bike I have owned with a windshield and I really like it. When I got the bike it had a Hondaline tall screen that I couldn't see over and it looked dorky and frankly, this bike can't take much more of that. Just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how much I appreciate the help with my new windshield. I just returned from a trip to the Grand Canyon and on to the west coast. I wanted to ride my ‘Pacific Coast’ on the Pacific Coast Highway. Anyway, I did 4650 miles in 9 days and enjoyed my Clearview +3 every step of the way.
