I want to tell you what a difference your shield makes. I installed it and it fit perfectly, The weather has been so bad that I finially got the chance to try it out. The temperature finally got up to 33 degrees and the streets dried out and no ice. I presently own an 81 Silverwing interstate with the Gold Wing fairing. A 73 BMW with a windjammer and an 82 CBX Honda with a sport fairing and must say with your shield, the PC fairing comes close to being as good as the Gold Wing fairing and the Windjammer, without it it definitely lagged way behind. The CBX had a very bad turbelence problem but I solved the problem by mounting a shield on the handlebars, but for the PC would be impossible without some manufacturing processes. I don't know how you designed the shape, whether by trial or error or by windtunnel but you certainly did a very good job. Again, thank you for capitalizing on what Honda failed to do. I have ridden for over fifty years and the older I get the more particular I become, I can put up with wind but not wind turbulence.

I received my new windshield a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to contact you and tell you how much I am enjoying it. My recently acquired PC 800 is the first bike I have owned with a windshield and I really like it. When I got the bike it had a Hondaline tall screen that I couldn't see over and it looked dorky and frankly, this bike can't take much more of that. Fortunately you guys took care of everything..I can see the road..I have better wind protection..and the bike looks a lot better. Thanks.

Just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how much I appreciate the help with my new windshield. I just returned from a trip to the Grand Canyon and on to the west coast. When I purchased my 2000 Honda ST1100 four years ago it came with an aftermarket windshield about stock height. It soon became clear to me that I needed a larger rider capsule to increase my comfort and endurance. I tried aftermarket stealth edging and then attaching winglets to increase coverage but found them to be an annoyance and removed them soon after.

The accoustic on the bike with the Clearview screen was x-times improved (i.e. less noisy), compared to my old GIVI custom screen I had been using before. At lower speeds the improvement was not so obvious but the higher the speed, the bigger the difference.

Just thought that I would send you a note to say that I bought one of your windshields for my ST1100 during the year, and have recently mounted it on the bike down here in New Zealand. I have to say that it is everything that I hoped for, and has really enhanced my enjoyment on the road. I am experiencing very little turbulence on the helmet now, so the ride is quiet and comfortable.

The shield finally went on about a week ago ( after most of the last snowfall melted ). I tested it out in the countryside at about 42 degrees F. Even at 80 mph, it was great! I could see clearly over the top, but the wind just buffeted the top of my open face helmet. The freezing cold did not come near my exposed face. The next morning I rode to work in the city and stayed at a respectable 30 mph in temperatures right at the freezing mark. Again, the windshield was perfect for protection.

My Windscreen arrived today in good order. I eagerly rushed home after work and fitted it. Looks good - I'm glad I chose the tinted screen. I managed to try it out as well and it works great. No more buffeting and much quieter. The size seems perfect for my measurements.

I just returned from a four day, 2100 mile tour on my ST1300 behind the new GT Medium shield. What an improvement! I had just about given up after trying the stock, Cee Bailey, and Cal Sci shields, but this one from you has finally solved the wind noise and head buffeting problems. The lip at the top allows me to run it much lower and still get the protection I need, even in the rain in Washington!

I purchased the Clearview windshield because I wanted to get the wind off my biceps when it is COLD outside, it did that. The Clearview shield is wider than the OEM shield; it did just what I had hoped for. I felt a very small amount of wind under my arm, no windshield is going to take care of that unless it covers the mirrors completely (can you say UGLY...if it went over the mirrors). When it is cool outside, I would normally drive so as I can see over the shield. If my wife is with me, however, I will run the shield up. Now she will have even more wind protection from not only the added height, but also the width as well.

1st. the shield did not need to be raised more than about 2/3rds of its top available height to stop wind buffeting for the passenger. 2nd. in that position it also removed most of the passenger shoulder wind buffeting. 3rd. it is an extremely quiet environment for the rider and also quietens it for the passenger(especially around helmet). 4th. also with the shield in its lowest position I can still see over the top ( 5ft 8in 30in inseam) seat in the lowest position 5th. as the shield height is raised you pick up a slight wind noise through approximately 1 inch of movement somewhere about in the 1st 3 inches of upward movement(never use it in that position). 6th. rider doesn't feel any back pressure; passenger gets a slight upward draft on her back. 7th. Arms and chest of passenger had reduced pressure. 8th. on some truck passing the shield had to lowered some to prevent some turbulence. 9th. before you mount the new touring model you will be able to see what looks like some distortion around the new larger sections however when I ride I do NOT see those at any time.

This was probably my last chance to test my new windscreen.The temp. was 50 and finally no rain. I noticed an immediate improvement in air flow at face height and a greatly reduced noise level at speed. Makes the bike more comfortable to ride especially in cooler temps.Thanks again for making a great product at an affordable price

This is the BEST shield I have ever used on an F. I've tried the stock ST, stock Funduro, Parabellum +4, Cheetah, and AeroFlow. None of them came close to stopping wind turbulence like this one does.There was no wind noise; it was kind of eerie. That's the first time I have ever experienced no noise or turbulence on an F (mine is a Funduro, but I used to have an ST). I felt like I was in a fantasy world (or on any other bike besides the F).

I received the shield two days ago, installed it and took the bike for a test ride, and I want to tell you that I am very happy with the product. The fit and finish are great, and the modifications I asked for (non-standard location of the vent and reduction of the shield height) are spot on. I now have a true see-over windshield on my BMW K100, with better aerodynamics than the stock shield and a vent that directs airflow where I want it, or can be closed off on chilly mornings. I had previously tried a Parabellum aftermarket shield and returned it, unsatisfied. Your shields are clearly better than Parabellum's, in my opinion.

My Clearview windshield arrived on Friday. On my ‘87 K100RT, it has eliminated most wind noise below 60 mph and significantly reduced the buffeting noise between 60-80 mph. It protects my arms from the cold, piercing wind and it does not cause a back draft or pressure on my back. As well, it does not flex in the wind as did the stock windshield. As an added bonus, for the first time I can see the road directly in front of me through the windshield. The stock windshield did not allow this view. I was concerned that the tint might be too dark, but no, it is just enough to reduce the glare. As with the stock,I am able to see over the windshield for a clear unobstructed view of the road.

You never could have told me that something as simple as a vent could have made such a difference. Semis just aren't as imposing anymore. The buffeting is cut to a minimum even with the vent closed. And the extra air movement is a welcome addition. Thanks' for the service and the quality. I have and will recommend you to anyone looking for another windshield.

Bolted right up to existing holes, no fitment problems at all, and the re-curve is the way to go for anyone over 6ft, it was worth the wait, thanks again.

Went for a ride today and noticed that my shield was set to all the way down. That being the case I think I can say that with it all the way in the down position it gives about as much protection (maybe a hair more) than the stock shield all the way up. I went ahead and popped it all the way up and noticed that the wind hit just about at the top of the helmet. So, I guess in this position the "air bubble" is maybe 3 or so inches higher than stock.
