I am so happy with this purchase. I was trying to decide if I wanted to replace my original shield with a fairing or a replacement shield. I am really glad I chose this option. It is an exact fit & looks/works great. I chose the light tint/ recurve & 1.5 inches shorter than stock ( I'm only 5'8 ) & always had trouble seeing over the top of the original shield. One thing I highly recommend is taking pictures of the old one as you take it apart to easily put it back together!

Their windshields are excellent, I like the little wide one. They are great to help you. Look no farther this is better than stock windshield

I chose to increase the screen height by about 2 inches over the stock screen. Spent a good deal of time ruminating over whether I wanted to look through the screen or over the screen. Using the guide hints on the site I chose to go to one step over stock and look over the screen. It was an excellent choice. The wind now hits me on the forehead instead of the chest. It is so comfortable now I can steer with one hand due to the lack of buffeting. The screen was incredibly easy to install. I am very happy with the quality, help in choosing the right screen height and the ease of installation.

I ordered the wrong size at first they were great I sent it back after they told me how to measure new one came and very happy with it.

Windshield does it's job, but when raised about 30% at highway speeds there is a horribly loud screeching sound coming from the airflow up through the bottom center of the shield. The shield either needs to be up further, in the way of my vision, or down further, where I am buffeted with air more. Tried adjusting the shield to both upper and lower position on the ST1300, but the noise is still the same.

Hey Loren, We have learned of a assembly flaw with earlier models around the inside dash piece and the front fairing shell. The two mating pieces were not put together correctly and it caused a raised ridge that the air flow catches as it comes under the screen. As the screen is raise the airflow under increases and so does the sound. I have an email from a customer who researched and confirmed this event. Let me know if you need more info to check if your model was affected by this issue.

Their customer service is outstanding. Their windshields are even better. My Harley dealer put on a Klockwerks after an accident that broke the ferring and windshield and I pulled it off as soon as Clearview was able to get my new one fabricated. I also keep a 16" tall one for cold weather. I can't say enough about the quality, service and design of their product. Customer for life.
well done. optically I would have liked it a little bit rounder shaped on top, but the windflow is perfect like this.

I love my Clearview windshield. The clarity is wonderful even though the material is thicker. It fits my 2005 Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 Classic perfectly. Installation was simple and straightforward. If you are thinking about a Clearview, strongly suggest you upgrade to the optional vent and recurve. So nice. Thanks for the quality product

I was highly impressed first with the way the product was packed for shipping. It could have gotten run over and survived! The windshield itself is well made out of quality stock and much better than the one it replaced. It fit perfectly with no need for adjustment or alteration. I will definitely use this company again and recommend it to friends.

Nice product, well packed, quick easy installation. Fit as should. Does a good job creating a pocket for the driver greatly reduced wind noise and buffering. If I was to have anything I would do different, I would have orded the blackout rather than smoke. Distortion through the shield because of the shape makes it alittle hard to look through. Good product and would definitely buy again.
