I got this last September so I now have almost a full year with it. It is fantastic and I highly recommend it. Mine is clear, no vents. It was so easy to install I think having one for around town and another for road trips (taller, maybe) makes a lot of sense.

I installed a 11" standard clear on my 2016 rg ultra and could not be happier. Great wind management, I can see over the shield like I should and no distortion from the curves in the shield. Fantastic product. Best bang for the buck. Ken Z

I love my NEW Clearview XL (19" clear w/ Recurve) Shield. I have a '16 Street Glide and the factory shield is cool looking but was not very pleasant to ride with, to much buffeting. I put the new shield on as soon as it was delivered, after checking for defects and proper fit I removed the clear plastic protective material.

I purchased the 8" with recurve. I was getting pounding in my ears bad enough that I couldn't ride above 65 mph without earplugs! After putting the 8" shield on, I can ride at any speed without the wind whip! I am 6' tall and didn't want to go too tall with the shield so as to look goofy on the bike, but enough to buffet the wind rip. I just finished 2000 mile trip and loved every minute! Great quality! Great Product! Now I'm looking for a windhield bag to put on the inside for some extra storage down the road!

Absolutely brilliant windshield - excellent fit, finish, and top notch service. I have replaced factory shields with ClearView shields on my last 3 bikes, and will continue to do so as long as I am on two wheels - thanks to the fantastic folks at ClearView! Each shield has fit as good (actually better) than the factory unit, and has performed better. The shield for the Triumph America is a HUGE improvement over stock - it fits better, reduces wind buffeting better, and looks better to boot. THANKS!!!

Add me to the list of happy Clearview customers. All the comments made on these reviews are true and correct. Bought a 19" with vent window, light gray for a 99 Valkyrie. Shipped fast and well packed. Went on easy. About 2 inches below horizon, solid, butter smooth at 70 mph. Much better that the original which is too thin and flexy at speed. Pricy but worth it.

I purchased this shield after a considerable amount of research. In addition, I got a great end of the year price. This shield almost entirely eliminates all buffeting and wind noise even when all the way down. Raise it 1 inch and all you hear is engine. I have the vent and am very glad I got it. It offers a significant amount of air through and is big help. The extra width is perfect for keeping the cold wind off my shoulders and arms.

Quality shield and wonderful wind protection on my KLR 19" shield; wind hits the top of my helmet (I'm 6 feet tall). Very quiet air space behind the shield thanks to the 1" gap for air to flow thru. BUT, the dealer pre-installed this onto the new KLR I purchased from him thus I didn't realize the shield was supposed to be mounted over the original shield. I've experienced 2 lost screws due to KLR vibration in 500 miles. The dealer re-ordered parts and re-installed with lock-tight liquid. I subsequently had two screws loosen up during the next 500 miles (about half of the miles were dirt roads). The 'nuts' installed in the 1" thick 'gaskets' appear to be turning thus 2 of the 4 screws are not truly tight. Had to place tape over the screws to ensure no more get lost and for the shield to remain solidly in place. Makes me wonder if the dealer-install caused vibration issues for the mounting system?

Purchased the 8" dark tint recurve for my 2011 Startoliner Deluxe. Awesome, I look over it but have minimal wind buffeting with the recurve. Its thicker than stock so it doesn't flex at interstate speeds. Came just in time for our trip to the Smokey Mountains. Not only does it work great. It looks fantastic on my black bike!

Great! It does just what I needed it to do. More protection for my hands and a little extra help for getting the wind up and over my helmet. I have even smoked a cigar while riding with my new shield, I love it! Thanks for a quality product.

I bought a 9" Lt grey with recurve for my Yamaha Stratoliner Deluxe last fall,and so far I couldn't be happier.I bought this bike new last October and right away I knew the short stock windscreen was going to get replaced.With my first ride the wind buffeting was way too much for my liking,and I just didn't care for the look of the factory windscreen.My first thought was to order thru Cee Bailey,because I had gotten one for a BMW I had owned.Then I decided to do alittle research.I looked at Cee Bailey,Klock Werks and your company(Clearview).I liked the reviews Clearview had posted on your website,and what owners of the Stratoliner Deluxe forums were saying about Clearview.So,with my decision made, I ordered my windscreen from Clearview.It took alittle longer to get then I would have liked,about three weeks which I knew up front,but I was ok with that.Once I got it I can say it was worth the wait.For me it gave me the look I was looking for,and most important it directed the air out of my face and over the helmut.Good design in the recurve.Now granted since the bike was new, I hadn't been able to put many miles on it because of the end of the riding season here in Indiana.I can say that the weather did permit me to ride on Christmas day and once so far in January and this windscreen has done everything I wanted it too do.With that being said,I'm real happy with the purchase and definitely would recommend to anyone looking to replace a windshield or windscreen for their bike.One last note,I appreciate a company that will take their time to follow up on a sale to see how the buying experience turned out.Granted not all people like a follow-up or wish to do a survey,but I don't mind as long as there is something positive to express.Thanks,Bob. WOW - such an improvement!!!! I recently bought a '16 Street Glide Special and wasn't very impressed with the stock windshield on the highway - I felt I was getting way too much head buffeting and looked to get a taller windshield. I received my Medium height smoked windshield with the re-curve this morning and immediately put on the bike and took a test ride. Virtually all the buffeting is gone; this is what I hoped for from a stock windshield but didn't get. Customer service was great. HIGHLY Recommended!!!

Finally got the Free out for a spin with the new Clearview windshield. First observation is a lot less flexing at highway speed than the HD windshield. The vent works well. Less turbulence coming up from the tank at highway speed, but it is still there and above 70mph it still shakes my helmet. I still have my soft lowers on so I need warmer weather to see if they add to the problem. The recurve at the top of the windshield definitely works.

Ten stars I got my new windshield in for my 2010 Kawasaki 2000LT Trike. It fit perfect. The additional 4" in Heighth and width made a huge difference. The quality of the windshield is GREAT.

I love this shield. I tried the stock windshield on the vaquero and then the Klockwerks Flare 9" and neither of those provided any protection. This windshield gave me what I was looking for! Plenty of coverage and I recommend you get it with the vent as that helped to eliminate head buffeting. And I mean eliminate, there are times you'd think you're riding in a car with the windows down it had that little head buffeting. I absolutely recommend this shield to any Vaquero owner!
