The Vulcan 1500 Classic Fuel Injected windshields are Designed to Mount to the OEM Kawasaki Brackets. Clearview Shields are designed as “replacement” windshields and we do not offer any brackets/braces/framing or any other hardware.
- Our windshields are pre-drilled and pre-contoured to mount to your existing OEM setup. Please note: our mounting holes are higher than the stock OEM setup and will affect your ability to adjust the windshield. Please call if you have questions
- 4 different heights available to tailor the shield to your height needs
- 2″ added width on 19″L and 3″ added width on 20″L,21″L,22.5″L for increased side protection
Height: Length is measured in the center of the shield from the top of the headlight cutout to the top of the shield
Width: 2″ added width on 19″L and 3″ added width on 20″L,21″L,22.5″L for increased side protection

During the final stages of product development, we send out samples of our design to different riders for review and feedback to refine the finished product. I got this for my dad as a Father’s Day gift. I got the biggest (height and width) you could with a recurve since he has been eyeing some similar style windshields on other bikes. He hasn’t wanted to get off it since installing the new shield. The wait time was essentially a month, so not the fastest but in the end it is an excellent product. Bolted right on with stock brackets and hardware, zero issues with the shield. Customer service took several days, sometimes a week or so, to respond to an email. And even was bounced around with several people answering my questions, sometimes multiple times. Again in the end, the windshield is excellent and makes the bike look brand new again.

This windshield is by far better than the stock windshield. Buffeting is almost eliminated and I’m glad I took Clearviews advice to get the 5 way vent. It’s great to have some airflow on the hot summer days.
